Frequently Asked Questions

1. Please provide the exact wording and vision for designs while ordering.

2. You may email with any photos, inspirations, or design examples.

3. A mock-up will be emailed to you prior to shipping.

4. Once the mock-up has been sent, minor changes can be made (i,e. misspelling, minor color changes, photo placement, font changes).

5. Once mock-up is approved, there will be no changes.

VERY IMPORTANT!

Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address.If you do not respond within 72 hours, your order will be shipped as the mock-up is designed. Please be sure to check spelling and sayings for correctness. If something is misspelled or worded incorrectly and not corrected during the mock-up stage, the design will not be reprinted.

Ordering processing will be 10-15 business days. Shipping will occur by the 15th business day unless otherwise previously discussed. You will receive tracking information. It's important to place your order an advance and provide the ACTUAL event date. In the event that you put the incorrect date, we are not responsible for your package not arriving on time.
