Due to the custom nature of my products, returns or cancellations cannot be accepted. If there are changes in plans, to where you need to make changes to your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet. Once orders have been shipped, no refunds will be given.

Orders normally ship 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) not including shipping time. We will update the listings at that time so correct estimates are given at checkout.

We can't guarantee a delivery date, we can only give you an estimate. Once the package is picked up from USPS or UPS, it is in their control as far as delivery dates.

We do not include invoices in packages.
